Hello, Reverb readers! Though I have seen a ton of bands recently (six or more every Friday and Saturday for the past month . . . and some on Sunday, too!), I finally found one that got me jumping around in excitement. They’re called the Balloons, they recently moved here from Arizona (where in the state not specified), and they play the kind of energetic garage-pop guaranteed to start a bouncy dance party wherever they go. Unfortunately for us, they don’t have any shows planned at the moment, but you can console yourself by listening to their recently released EP, “Pop” Music, over at Bandcamp.
