Remember that unbinding citywide advisory vote that meant nothing but was supposed to point to a clear path for replacing the Alaskan Way Viaduct? Yeah, well, now instead of considering three well-defined options (tunnel, rebuild, surface) the state is back to considering ten potential replacements, including the once-rejected Elliott Bay Bridge over troubled waters. Since the floodgates are evidently back open, can we still get Onstot’s teleporter proposal on the list?
