Capitol Hill residents are in store for even more Asian food options. A restaurant called Saizen Sushi is moving into the Joule Apartments at 523 Broadway East, according to Capitol Hill Seattle. It also shares that Pho Le is taking over the former Maharaja space at 720 East Pike Street. More deets to come.
