Seattle hates its national chains, and therefore is none too fond of Krispy Kreme. But seeing as how the doughnut giant is now trying to out-white-trash McDonald’s in the coffee department by offering five-cent cups of iced coffee (they’ve been offering hot cups of coffee at “Depression-era” prices since October), well, it’s pretty hard to criticize them for that.
