Attention ladies. If you ever find yourself having sexual relations with a Mr. Robert Allen Anderson of Everett, it might be worth your time to say these four little words: “Am I being taped?” That’s because the 48-year-old is allegedly really meticulous about filming and cataloging his amorous encounters. But less interested in telling the women he’s sleeping with that the camera is rolling.According to the Everett Herald, Anderson was busted by a female friend using the computer in his studio apartment. The woman told police she found files of pictures and videos of naked women. A search later revealed stacks of cassettes and DVDs of Anderson having sex, each labeled with a woman’s name.Anderson apparently admitted to police that he’d made the tapes. He also says he doesn’t know what he did wrong.Anderson told the detective “they had given permission because they should have seen the camera or web cam and they never said, ‘No,’ ” according to court papers. “He told me that he didn’t think it was a problem because he was only using them for his own enjoyment and that he had never shared them with anyone and never uploaded them to the Internet.”Investigators disagree. Anderson was released on $40,000 bail on Tuesday. He’s yet to be charged but has been booked on investigation of voyeurism and the unrelated charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
