Jumping them metaphorically, that is–you’re still free to hop around if you pay your fare. Yesterday, Sound Transit settled on $124 as the standard fine for not paying your light rail fair. It’s less than they said it would be ($150) when we talked to ST spokesperson Bruce Gray back in March.
