Seattle chef Kevin Davis is a busy man. Not only does he own Pike Place’s celebrated Steelhead Diner, but he’s also on the verge (3/19) of opening the hotly-anticipated Blueacre Seafood. Because that’s not a full enough plate, heap on a serving of twin babies on the way and yeah, Kevin Davis is a busy man.
