Capitol Hill’s swanky karaoke spot, Rock Box, hosted a super happy happy hour last night for lovers of all things Harajuku/Tokyo street/cosplay/kawaii. Special guests included Sebastian Masuda, founder of 6%DOKIDOKI – the super-hip Harajuku shop – and his shop girls, Tuka and Vani.
