Sen. John McCain (D-Ariz.) may not be appearing at the convention, but as presumed GOP nominee, he'll certainly have a presence in Denver. Sen. Obama has criticized his vote in favor of the resolution.
Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del) is Sen. Barack Obama's vice presidential running mate, whom most political analysts agree was bought onto the ticket for his foreign policy credentials, voted in favor of the resolution. He has since said he regrets the vote. He is Wednesday evening's headliner.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is the chairwoman of this week's convention. She voted against the resolution. She spoke Monday night.
Fmr. Sen. John Edwards. Yeah, he won't be there. He voted in favor of the resolution. He lists the vote among his regrets.
The endorsement of Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) was a coup for Sen. Obama. He was honored at the convention on Monday. He voted against the resolution.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) proposed an amendment to the resolution that would limit the scope of military force to an immediate threat from Iraq, which was rejected. He voted against the resolution.
Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), almost the Dems' presidential nominee, voted in favor of the resolution. She has never publicly expressed remorse for the decision. Clinton is the prime time speaker on Tuesday night.
Sen. Joe Lieberman (I/D-Conn.), Al Gore's running mate in 2000, isn't likely to show his face in Denver this week. He's been one of John McCain's most ardent supporters, and is whispered to be on his VP short list. He voted in favor of the resolution.
Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) voted against the resolution.
Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) voted in favor of it.
