Umi Sake House is the whole package, and another quintessentially Seatown one: from cocktails to appetizers to dessert, you’d be hard-pressed to find another sushi house that could rival its roll selection (a Bible-sized list that includes such regional specialties as Duff’s Rock ‘n’ Roll, Belltown Barbie, and Crunchy Seattle), not to mention their wok items and sake list.
