Beehive Bakery has sadly said goodbye to the Central District.

Rookies Sports Bar and Grill is now open in the former Kallaloo Caribbean space at 3820 S. Ferdinand St. #101, according to Rainier Valley Post. The family-friendly sports bar features standard American fare, including burgers and steaks, plus a kid’s menu.

In other news, Seattle Met reports that Ship Canal Grill is scheduled to open where Kristos once stood at 3218 Eastlake Ave. this Friday. The nautical-themed restaurant and bar will serve Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine and local draft beer.

Lastly, Central District News shares that Beehive Bakery at 1400 23rd Ave. has closed.
