David Bazan at Doe Bay Fest 2009.The indie-folk summer retreat on Orcas Island known as the Doe Bay Fest (Aug. 11 to 14) is taking a page out of the LeBron James/Sasquatch! playbook and unveiling the lineup for this year’s hugfest at an announcement party, June 2 at the Columbia City Theater. The show is free, starts at 8 p.m., and promises to feature several bands from Doe Bay 2011.The fest’s 800 tickets go on sale May 1 via Brown Paper Tickets.
