Happy birthday, Monsoon! To celebrate 12 years of business, the popular restaurant (see its food at right) will serve each customer a complimentary glass of champagne at lunch and dinner today, as well as offer its signature dishes–crispy local drunken chicken and caramelized Idaho catfish claypot–for $12 each, according to Capitol Hill Seattle. Sibling restaurant Baguette Box will also join in the festivities; every sandwich purchase will come with free housemade potato chips.
