Care for a pumpkin spice latte… at Starbucks? Or do you prefer beer?The wait is over. After four months of construction, the super popular Starbucks at 1600 East Olive Way has reopened, according to Seattle Met. In addition to now serving beer and wine, it also features new interior and exterior, including a center bar and patio.In other neighborhood news, Capitol Hill Seattle reports that a 60s and 70s-inspired diner is scheduled to open at the former Tidbit Bistro space at 2359 10th Avenue East this week. Easy Joe’s Restaurant will serve American classics like burgers and fries. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because the owners operated an Easy Joe’s in North Bend from 2008 to earlier this year before deciding to relocate.
