When you’ve got a long criminal history, you also have a long history of turning small arguments into much, much bigger affairs. Such is the case for one 27-year-old Bellevue man, who barricaded himself inside his apartment, forced the evacuation of countless neighbors and left police negotiating for eight hours all because of a fight with his girlfriend over their kid’s dirty diapers.
