That rambunctiosness is apparently at the heart of why his mom now says her son’s bus driver deserves to be charged with a crime.Gage, who uses crutches to compensate for a medical condition, was having a fight with other kids on the bus. For some reason, he decided to remedy the situation by crawling underneath a seat.That’s when his mom says Gage’s bus driver put her foot on the boy to keep him from moving around. She watched the incident unfold when the school district showed her surveillance tape.”She put one foot on him and held him to the floor. And it did not happen once, but twice,” the mother told KOMO. “The first time it happened, Gage did not cry. The second time it happened, it was very loud and clear that he was crying from the bus driver standing on him to hold him down.” Now, Gage’s mom is unhappy with the district’s decision to put the driver on administrative leave. She wants her charged with assault.
