Zaw’s new Welsh Potato Pizza, with roasted red potatoes, leeks, and white wine sauce.Zaw Artisan Pizza opens its new restaurant (1635 Queen Anne Ave. N.) at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10. The pizza company prides itself on using all-natural ingredients in its bake-at-home pies, their slogan declaring, “Because not all pizza comes on a grease-bottomed box.” The Queen Anne restaurant is the fourth Zaw to open in Seattle, the others are in Ballard, Capitol Hill, and South Lake Union.Stay on your toes, Pagliacci!
