This guy has to have bumped us into the top five. The good news: Bicycling magazine just named Seattle the fourth-most bike-friendly city, behind only Minneapolis, Portland and Boulder.Seattle has a 10-year, $240-million bike master plan that seeks to triple the number of journeys made by bike and add 450 miles of bike paths. The bad news: that master plan is facing a shortfall of 70 percent. It sucks being broke.
