Brian Hutmacher, owner of Peso’s on Lower Queen Anne is opening a New Orleans themed restaurant next door to his current haunt. It was originally scheduled to open last year. In a post Tuesday, I implied that the delay was due to Hutmacher’s suit against the Matador, which shook out in the meantime. In a letter, Hutmacher said the delay and the suit are unrelated.
