The Mariner pitching rotation inched a bit closer to its preseason projection with today’s announcement that Ryan Rowland-Smith will end his epic rehab stint in Tacoma to replace Garrett Olson, who got shelled by the Tigers last night. Carlos Silva remains sequestered in a bunker, whereabouts unknown.
