Jim Riggleman, who performed the equivalent of mop-up duty in a blowout loss by taking the reins of the M’s sinking ship midway through last year, has gotten another interim managerial gig, this time with the Washington Nationals, who have the worst record in the majors. Funny how the view from the top of one’s profession can be eerily similar to the bottom at times.
