Mayoral hopeful Mike McGinn has reported his first batch of contributions, and so far he looks to be the most viable fiscal rival to incumbent Greg Nickels. Of the $17,000 McGinn has raised thus far, approximately $4,000 of that comes from…Mike McGinn. Either total tops what’s been raised so far by James Donaldson and Norman Sigler.
