Two quick notes: I hear Christina Longo is leaving her post as pastry chef at Barking Frog to deal with family issues in Florida. And 0/8 Seafood Grill’s Dan Thiessen says he’s working on opening a martini/raw bar in Bellevue called “The Pearl” by June ’09. Thiessen is also working on several other projects, including a Twisted Cork cafe, but is keeping hush-hush on the deets.
