Location: 6226 Seaview Ave NW (Ballard/Shilshole Bay)What does (less than) $13 get you? A cheddar burger ($3.57), regular order of fries ($1.79) and a vanilla shake ($2.40).Recommended? Absolutely.I generally head to Shilshole to hang with my friend Brandon Bay, proprietor of Clone Press and periodic member of the Cops. However, I regularly savor cheddar burgers from Gordo’s. Their fatal flaw in execution is that they overcook their patties, but I understand their caution. Hell, gotta cover your bases when your establishment looks like a tool shed. Their fries are perfect; square-ish, yet tender, and the tartar is supreme.
