Courses include duck rillettes with kumquat-onion marmalade and Cointreau-soaked pistachio cakes with blood oranges and ginger gelato. The Palace Ballroom is hosting a big-band swing evening, including a four-course dinner from Chef Tom Douglas, for $295 per couple (includes wine and champagne toast, but not tax or tip).
