Belltown’s Del Rey on First Avenue has a foodie happy hour to rival neighboring Cascadia’s. Best bang for your buck: the $4 black truffle macaroni and cheese. It’s going to be tough not to justify stopping there every evening for a light dinner on my walk home. So tasty.
