Falafel Salam
You can now score Falafel Salam's Middle Eastern fare every day of the week. According to the West Seattle blog, the truck will be operating at Hans VW at 6302 35th Ave. SW in the spot formerly occupied by Marination Mobile. Purple falafel sandwiches, dolmas and more are on the menu every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Falafel Salam serves customers in Fremont, South Lake Union, Edmonds and Shoreline on other days of the week. See the full schedule here.

From hummus to avocado rolls: My Ballard reports that Garden Sushi is on the move to a new home near the intersection of Barnes Ave. NW and 17th Ave. NW. The food tent closed its previous address at 6759 15th Ave. NW earlier this month after the Shell gas station where it was located shut its doors. The move should be complete by the end of the week.

Also in the ever-expanding world of mobile meals, this April a small army of Ezell's Express fried chicken food trucks are set to hit the road. According to Nosh Pit, even more franchised Ezell's are expected to launch in the future, expanding throughout the West Coast and as far away as Dubai.
