Here's your food and bevvie to-do list for the next few days.

Celebrate National Pie Day. This Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., head to the Salmon Bay FOE with an empty stomach for the 11th annual Pie Party Buffet. Although National Pie Day was actually last Wednesday, the event reaps a much better turnout on the weekend. Organizers are planning a banquet of more than 200 sweet and savory pies--most of them homemade. Admission is $10 at the door, or get "baked-in" when you bring a pie to add to the buffet. A slew of local musicians are performing throughout the evening, making it possible to stuff your face and burn calories at the same time. Proceeds from the all-ages event go to the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research.

Search the couch cushions. In honor of its 59th birthday, Dick's is selling 10-cent Cokes at 1954 prices all day today. The offer applies to any size soft drink and is valid at all six Dick's locations.

Eat after you drink. Kedai Makan, the wildly anticipated Malaysian eatery, served its first plate of beefy rice noodles yesterday in the former Tacos Gringos space at 1510 Olive Way. Carrying the torch handed down by its predecessor, Kadai Makan is a good pick for night owls: It's open today and tomorrow from 4 p.m. till 2:30 a.m. and Sunday from 4 p.m. till midnight.
