Joining the recently shuttered Tacos Gringos, Capitol Hill residents have one less place to find Latin fare that's easy on the pocketbook. CHS reports that Salvadorian pupusa shop Guanaco's Tacos inside Broadway Alley has quietly closed its doors. The University District location remains open.

Over in Pioneer Square, Gaba Sushi is open for business at 220 1st Ave. S. According to Seattle Met, the lunch spot's owners include Japonessa chef and Diablo Food Truckz co-owner owner Billy Beach. Rolls feature uber-healthy, sprouted GABA rice. Also known as hatsuga genmai, GABA is big in Japan.
