Capitol Hill welcomes two new food and drink establishments this summer. First off, Fogon Cuisine of Mexico is moving into the recently shuttered Kiki Tap & Eatery space at 600 E. Pine St., according to Capitol Hill Seattle. Its owners currently run the Mi Tierra restaurants in Monroe and Woodinville, but have been looking to open a restaurant in the city for four years. CHS also reports that the folks behind Tango plan to debut a rum bar at 1112 Pike St. by late summer. Rumba will feature a wide selection of rum cocktails and Cuban/ Caribbean style food.
