Where Ya At, Matt? will become a permanent restaurant called Roux in Fremont!
In Ballard, the third installment of RoRo BBQ & Grill debuted this week in the former Zesto's space at 6416 15th Ave. N.W.

In Belltown, C.S. Finnegan's Irish House is set to open at 2605 First Ave. in Belltown on St. Patrick's Day. Running the venture will be Ireland native Gareth Hughes, who also owns The Celtic Swell in West Seattle. Also in the neighborhood, a pizzeria called Rocco's is taking over the former Dope Burger space at 2228 2nd Ave. The owners of beloved bar Noc Noc are reportedly behind the new operation.

On Capitol Hill, Grubwich in the former Pita Pit space at 1513 Broadway Ave. has closed after just six months of business. The owner behind both ventures remains mum on what he plans to try next.

In Fremont, Where Ya At, Matt? owner Matthew Lewis is opening a permanent restaurant called Roux at 4201 N. Fremont Ave. in August. The establishment will feature the same Creole cuisine as the popular food truck, including beignets, po' boys, and gumbo, along with an upgrade: a beer and wine selection.

Over in Green Lake, Mio Sushi is opening in the former Trattoria Cioppino space at 7900 E. Green Lake Dr. N.

And lastly, in South Lake Union, Thai Curry Simple is now serving lunch on the Amazon campus at 400 Boren Ave N.
