The punch that Robison invented for last year's Voracious Tasting was so popular that the recipe outlasted the event.
"It was called Poncho's Pimp Smackin' Punch," Robison recalls. "It was silver tequila, Aperol, yellow chartreuse, lime, agave, and angostura bitters. I liked it so much, that we put it on the menu last summer."
Interested drinkers who want to try Robison's vintage 2012 punch may have to hope it follows a similar trajectory. Voracious Tasting tickets are sold out.
