    First off, exciting news for fans of Creole cuisine: New Orleans native Jemil Aziz is opening a mobile kitchen in April. Jemil's Big Easy will serve gumbo, jambalaya, and po'boys, as well as bread pudding and peach cobbler for dessert.

    Over on Beacon Hill, the people behind beloved Capitol Hill hangout Redwood are opening a new restaurant and bar at 3019 Beacon Ave. S. The Oak will feature organic American comfort food and local beers.

    On Capitol Hill, Saint John's Bar & Eatery is now open at 719 E. Pike St. The establishment is run by the owners of Queen Anne based bar Solo. Happy hour runs from 2 to 6 p.m. and in the next few months will begin to serve weekend brunch.

    In the Central District, Mediterranean Mix is opening a second location in the former Beehive Bakery space at 1400 23rd Ave.. The establishment will feature Greek and Mediterranean cuisine made from scratch.

    In Green Lake, popular food truck Charlie's Buns N' Stuff is set to become a permanent concession stand. The menu will include sliders and cheese steak sandwiches, as well as coffee and pastries.

    Lastly, in Wallingford, ?Eltana is bringing its wood-fired Montreal-style bagels to 3920 Stone Way N. in Wallingford. The second location will open by late summer or early fall.
