First off, on Capitol Hill, The Shop Agora has opened its second shop at 346 14th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill. The Mediterranean goods store features imported products, a deli, and a wine bar. Also in the neighborhood, burger eatery Lil' Woody's has launched at 1211 Pine St., and Italian-style restaurant and bar Varro at 1542 12th Ave. has closed after just a four-month run.

In the Central District, Beehive Bakery is now open at 1400 23rd Ave. The business specializes in sweet and savory kosher baked goods, including gluten-free options.

In South Lake Union, an artisan-sausage eatery is scheduled to open by summer's end at 510 Westlake Ave. N. The Wurst Place will feature 25-plus varieties of sausage, including buffalo, elk, rabbit, and rattlesnake, as well as more common meat and vegetarian-friendly options.

In the U District, Grace Kitchen is now open at 2630 N.E. University Village St. in U. Village. The eatery serves Stumptown coffee and Macrina Bakery pastries as well as wine.

Over in West Seattle, touting itself as the only neighborhood LGBTQ bar, OutWest Bar is scheduled to open by month's end at 5401 California Ave. S.W. The establishment will feature both a full bar and kitchen.

And lastly, in Renton, Top Pot has announced plans to park its mobile unit permanently at 440 Rainier Ave. S. The popular local donut chain serves up to 30 of its treats, plus espresso and coffee, out of the unit daily, and says a larger trailer(s) is definitely in the works.
