Looking at the goofy, string-bean frame of the late actor Don Knotts, of The Andy Griffith Show fame, you wouldn't take him for the type of party animal who does tons of blow and shoots and bleeds out animals before he eats them--dumping their blood onto his head in a sort of manic, googly-eyed ritual. But before Knotts died in 2006, he visited chef Lou Kohl's infamous Dirt Farm near North Bend for a night of unrivaled decadence, as Kohl recounts here in the third installment in our exclusive video series, Mining Kohl.
