?The latest Seattle restaurant to introduce a pop-up program is A Square Meal in Volunteer Park Cafe at 1501 17th Ave. E., where chef Erik Jackson will reportedly experiment with new flavors and techniques. The intimate dinners begin Monday, June 20 and continue every other Monday through the summer. Cost is $65 and reservations are recommended.

In other news, Wallyhood reports that Hawaiian Breeze, 1719 N. 45th St., is taking over the former Cutz salon and turning the space into a sushi bar. Hope there's no hair in that roll.

Finally, according to KirklandViews, Lynn's Bistro, at 214 Central Way in Kirkland, will be opening Fireflies, a wine and tapas bar next door to its current location. A delicate name for petite plates.
