In Belltown, Henry and Oscar's, a new restaurant reminiscent of a supper club, is set to open this fall in the long-vacant space at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Vine Street, according to Belltownpeople. The slogan, "Henry and Oscars . . . Food, Cocktails, Living Room" promises to deliver warm service, cold drinks, and an entire section of the house too.
In other news, RN74 opens for lunch today and dinner on Thursday at 1425 Fourth Ave., and will serve a mixture of French and Northwest cuisine.
