Marijuana and Granola: What Could Be More Natural?

Marijuana and granola are more than natural allies. Their common roots in hippie culture make them practically soulmates. So combining the two into a medicated snack is an undeniable stroke of genius.

?Marijuana and granola are more than natural allies. Their common roots in hippie culture make them practically soulmates.

So combining the two into a medicated snack is an undeniable stroke of genius. That's exactly what a dude named the Tyedyed Chef has done, and his Canna-Granola is available for delivery from Green World Medical ("from Edmonds to Olympia," according to delivery guy Keith - and they deliver to Kitsap County, too).

Canna Granola adds the crucial psychoactive ingredient cannabutter (butter infused with cannabis) to the granola mix (oats, honey, olive oil, maple syrup, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla, craisins, currants, and brown sugar), with resultant crunchy, satisfying goodness.

According to Keith, there are two to three servings per $13, 4-ounce container of Canna Granola. I tried about of third of mine dry (good TV snack), and then had the rest of it the next day with a warm bowl of milk (the milkfats potentiate digestive absorption of cannabinoids, the active ingredients in marijuana).

Like most medibles, Canna Granola comes on about an hour after ingestion, and its pain relieving and stress-reducing effects stick around for a good (emphasis on "good") three hours after that; you should plan activities accordingly.

To try Green World Canna Granola for yourself, call (206) 877-3776 or email info@greenworldmedical.com. (Other edibles are also available, as well as cannabis flowers and concentrates). You'll need a medical marijuana authorization and Washington ID.
