Knotty Bodies say goodbye to Ballard.
In Ballard, Knotty Bodies Espresso at 5715 15th Ave. N.W. leaves the 76 gas station parking lot this Friday. The coffee stand, run by bikini-clad baristas, is relocating to Federal Way.

On Capitol Hill, Cure at 1640 Nagle Place is now open. The bar serves wine, cheese, and charcuterie, as well as other European-style snacks. Also in the neighborhood, the second installment of Pike Place Market-based cheesecake shop The Confectional at 618 Broadway Ave. E. has set an opening date of Saturday, June 4. Unlike the original, the new store will feature in-store seating and a large window so passersby can check out the baking process.

In White Center, Zippy's Giant Burgers has pushed back had the opening of its new location in White Center yet again. Keep your fingers crossed for tomorrow, but don't get your hopes too high.

And lastly, Lake City's legendary Rimrock Steakhouse has gone dark, but there's hope for its resurrection--owner Connie Dunn and her broker, Mike Mead, have had their appointment calendar fill with folks interested in buying the bar, which has been on the market since late last year.
