Mmmm. Finger-licking good, but for a limited time only at Spring Hill.
Spring Hill chef Mark Fuller announced on his Facebook page that it was time to stick a fork in those insanely popular fried-chicken dinners. Ack!

"I love fried chicken and I know you do! Time to shake it up & try new things. Last night of fried chicken and Monday supper will be 7.11.11," he wrote on Tuesday.

Whew. Sounds like there's still time to score a place at the table, right? Well, not so much.

"There are still a few spots left . . . in June and July," said Fuller, who's a wings-and-thigh man.

If you've been procrastinating, now's the time to get on board the Fried Chicken Express. That's my plan. (It's #10 on my list of foods I plan to eat more of in 2011.)
