Panera Bread opens in the Tacoma Mall tomorrow.
In Belltown, Casuelita's Caribbean Restaurant at 81 Vine Street is no more. The establishment served the only Bahamas, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico-inspired cuisine in the neighborhood and SW ranked its potent fruit punch one of the best rum-infused summer beverages in the city.
On Capitol Hill, MOD Pizza no. 4 is scheduled to be "coming soon." The company, which currently has locations in downtown, U-District, and Bellevue, has not yet revealed an address or opening date. Stay tuned for deets...Madison Valley has a new vegetarian-friendly option. Popular farmers' market vendor Patty Pan Cafe has opened a new store at 2310 East Madison Street.
Queen Anne residents can expect to see an Emerald City Smoothie at 1845 Queen Anne Avenue North in the next two weeks, according to Queen Anne View.
Ravenna lost Himalayan Kitchen at 2255 Northeast 65th Street.
Lastly, South-side shoppers can expect to see bakery chain Panera Bread inside the Tacoma Mall. The store launches its new location tomorrow, October 29.
