Joule chefs Rachel Yang and her husband Seif Chirchi plan to open a restaurant on the corner of Phinney Avenue North and North 36th Street in December, according to Seattle Magazine. Revel will feature casual Korean cuisine and a bar with a back deck.

In other news, Capitol Hill Seattle reports that C.C. Attle's, previously at 1501 East Madison Street, is moving into the Cafe Metropolitan space at 1701 East Olive Way. Here's hoping that they

offer as awesome of a late night

happy hour.
