Sometimes I love the Twitter. Some days I hate the Twitter. Today, I looooove the motherfucking Twitter because it allowed me to offer you this: the structural components for chef Daisley Gordon's new Campagne Burger at Cafe Campagne:
A three-way burger patty of tenderloin, ground chuck and Kobe brisket
Slices of foie gras torchon melting on top
Put that all together and what you get is one killer looking burger, fit for a fine French restaurant. Gordon is a madman when it comes to things like this. And while I am normally four-square against any sort of jumped-up, fancified white-table-cloth fussery when it comes to the classic American hamburger, this is one that I kinda want to eat right now.
What's that? You want to see a video of Gordon showing off the specs on his new burger? I can do that for you, right after the jump.
See what I'm talking about? Gordon posted the video just a few hours ago, so I'm not sure whether the burger is actually on the board yet or not. But you can be sure I'm going to be finding out, toot sweet.
