Hopefully some of you got out to visit Fresh Bistro for their first pig roast of the season. I mentioned it last week while running through all the Seattle barbecue news I could find.

One thing I missed, though? Fresh Bistro and its chef, Dalis Chea, are actually going to be doing a pig roast every Tuesday this summer. Not only that, but they're going to be doing variations--"culturally-themed" roasts on the outdoor patio, starting around 7pm, according to Chea. The cost for all this largesse? Just $12 for pig and sides. And not for nothing, the bar is also running happy hour all night on Tuesdays...
