It's all about new businesses this week.
Salvadorian eatery Guanaco's Tacos Pupuseria opened its second restaurant inside Capitol Hill's 219 Broadway building yesterday. (The original is in the University District.) Location no. 2. features a larger kitchen and more menu options.

Zaw Artisan Pizza also expanded its empire over the weekend. The pizza company, known for slinging bake-at-home pies with all-natural ingredients, opened a fourth restaurant at 1635 Queen Ave. N.In openings coming later down the line: La Bête will open by mid-June in the space formerly occupied by Chez Gaudy on Capitol Hill. Its specialty will be gussied up interpretations of casual fare like pork belly, oysters, and leg of lamb, plus cocktails. West Seattle Blog provides an update on the neighborhood's Wingdome, reporting it anticipates a late June/early July opening. And lastly, Marjorie announced via Seattle Metropolitan that it will reopen on Capitol Hill in the the Chloe building (1412 East Union) on Tuesday, May 11. You may remember eating savory bread pudding at the Belltown location, which closed two years ago. Well, guess what? It's coming back!
