Sit down for an authentic Swedish Pancake Breakfast, put on by the Swedish Cultural Center. Breakfast features a home-style version of what you might have sampled at IKEA's cafeteria: pancakes with lingonberries or strawberries, and ham, with coffee, milk, and orange juice, "and seconds." With music, folk-dancing, and Swedish coffee-- not the old fashioned kind, made with beaten eggs and eggshells for clarity, but just a strong brew of drip coffee.
Sunday, April 4, 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Swedish Cultural Center, 1920 Dexter Ave. N., 283-1090. (In Westlake)
Adults: $8, kids 5-12: $4, kids under 5: free.
