Briny seafood can sometimes offer a challenge in wine pairing. Elliot's hosts an informal Crab & Wine Tasting with a series of Hogue Cellars Columbia Valley wines, including Viognier Riesling, unoaked Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio. Trilogy Crab Company's Jo Porter will be in attendance, demonstrating how best to clean and crack crab.
