Getting tired of your usual hangouts on the Hill? Two new eateries are coming soon to the Broadway strip. CHS Blog reports that Uyen Phem intends to open Dumpling Dojo, a quick-serve joint featuring a variety of house-made dumplings, by March 1, where Siam used to be located. CHS Blog also notes that Howard Clark and Jarrod Ducat, the owners of Georgetown-based vegan restaurant Squid and Ink, will open another vegan spot in the former Club Lagoon Space. Highline will offer all vegan food, as well as a full bar.
