Chris Kornelis is sorry he's not sorry. He's a Crocksman.
New years can bring great change, and never has that been more true for Voracious than 2010. Gone are some old, beloved voices (Kauffman, Savarino, Garbes), and in their place have emerged some new, bold personalities (Sheehan, the Surly Gourmand). We've appreciated your patience in seeing us through this transition, and we're happy to report that the dust seems to be settling in a somewhat orderly manner.

In addition to Surly's three posts per week and Sheehan's epic verbosity, Voracious serves up a steady diet of regularly scheduled columns that, provided our contributors aren't too hungover, should be up in time to greet you along with your first cup of morning coffee.

Following are a list of the columns you can expect each weekday on Voracious:

Monday: Bottomfeeder (by Mike Seely and others) and Versus (by Julien Perry)

Tuesday: Grillaxin Part 1 (chef interview by Adriana Grant), Will Blog for Food (by Julien Perry) and The Crocksman (music editor Chris Kornelis' crock pot cooking column)

Wednesday: Top Five (by various contributors), Grillaxin Part 2, and Ask the Critic (by Jason Sheehan)

Thursday: Grillaxin Part 3 (chef's recipe), Openings & Closings (by Lauren Lynch), and First Call (various contributors)

Friday: Dinner & a Movie (various contributors) and Serving Sake to a Serb (by Erika Hobart)

And, of course, Hobart serves up a platter of Morning Food News every weekday morning, around the time you switch your monitor on at work.
