Marjorie, which was replaced by Buckley's in Belltown in 2008, has a new Capitol Hill location. CHS reports that the Chloe building (1412 East Union) will be the new home for the restaurant.

In other Capitol Hill news, The Broadway Building--which will stand across from Seattle Central Community College--just announced two new food tenants. Genki Sushi and Emerald City Smoothie will be added to the list of retailers for the development project.

Also on the Hill, Maharaja (720 E. Pike St.) has posted a For Sale notice. The Capitol Hill blog has confirmed that the popular restaurant serving Indian fare is looking for a buyer. Thankfully for West Seattleites, the Maharaja in the Junction (no relation to the Hill loation) is still going strong.

And speaking of West Seattle, Kyle and Kristi Duce--who live in the High Point neighborhood--have just signed a lease on a space close to their home that will serve as a wine and beer bar called Locöl. According to the couple's website, Locöl will open this spring. More information about the bar can be found on the West Seattle Blog.
